Last Weekend was a very busy one with weddings, portraits and the West Buckland Ball. I photographed two baby portraits and one family group in the studio, here are just a couple images shown here from the sittings. The Arend family had a get together at their home with some of the family over from South Africa, images also shown below. I was asked to attend RMB Chivenor on two occasions this week to photograph the official picture of the formation of the 24 Commando Engineering Regiment. It was a fairly stressful affair as I had only a two minute slot to photgraph the heads of the Army and Navy in the country and four hundred soldiers!
It has been a very busy weekend with several social functions as well as the usual run of portraits. On Saturday evening West Buckland School celebrated 150 years since it’s foundation in 1858 with a Grand Ball which was held in the newly built Jonathan Edwards sports hall. After a champagne reception guests enjoyed a lavish meal followed by entertainment dancing until 3.30am on Sunday morning!
